Attention Artists in Jersey City…this announcement is for you!
My friends at Art House Productions invite artists to submit work for their upcoming exhibition, the “PROGRESSION Art Show.” Opening reception for JC Fridays, Friday, March 2nd, 2012. Closing reception Sunday, March 25th, 4pm.
Examine your relationship to “progress” as an artist – how a piece of art takes shape and evolves, how your work as an artist has evolved over time, art which examines the act of progress, artwork which captures your vision of a world helped – and hurt – by “progress.”
The deadline for submissions is February 10, 2012. If chosen, art must be dropped off at Art House on Saturday, February 25th, 11am-5pm. Ready to hang art only. Also accepting A/V installations, interactive at, sculpture. Please be sure to submit 4-7 jpeg images along with your contact information and a small description about your art (not necessary).
